Do not buy from this company. They killed a guinea pig on Instagram through something found in their food. They haven’t even refunded said person or offered to pay their vet bills. This company needs a serious investigation.

A BUNNY DID BECAUSE OF YOUR FAILURE TO FULLY EXAMINE YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOU WONT PAY THE VET FEES? OR EVEN REFUND? YOU THINK DELETING YOUR IG ACCOUNT IS GONNA MAKE IT DISAPPEAR? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY CLEARLY DONT CARE FOR ANY ANIMAL AS THEY ALLOWED WIRE AND SHARP OBJECTS TO BE PUT INTO THEIR FORAGE. HOW MANY BUNNIES HAVE YOU MURDERED? THEY HAVE CLEARLY DELETED ALMOST ALL ACCOUNTS TO TRY AND ERASE THESE THINGS FROM BEING KNOWN. DISGUSTING.

Can honestly say I have not had a bad experience with Bistro. They're prompt. Efficient. We are dealing with a family company which means good honest deeply caring top quality products and also they know what they're talking about because they have experience.

The product is great and the buns love it, however I don’t understand why they stopped doing the 5kg sacks.

Now I get a box full of 1kg single use plastic bags of complete food. That’s 15 single use plastic bags!

This cannot be cost effective and is terrible for the environment

It's all good stuff but I only have guinea pigs they don't chew sticks like rabbits so would rather have something else in the box of goodies.thats the only winge the rest is great I will order again
